POP! Festival 2020

27 Feb – 27 March 2020

Please note: POP! Festival’s final three events have been postponed due to COVID-19. Please read our statement here.

POP! Festival (Portobello Open Process Festival) is a mini-festival featuring homegrown, people-powered arts happenings across and around the Portobello area. Nine eclectic artists have been commissioned by Westway Trust to explore themes that amplify untold stories, demystify taboos, challenge perceptions and cross-generational boundaries.

Over the past six months, they have explored their creative curiosity, connected with communities, played with ideas, created stories and tested new material.  The festival shares previews of new artistic work and work in progress, including dance, theatre, visual art, installations and flashmob performances.

Entry is FREE to all events.

The festival provides an opportunity to experience a range of new work in its early stages from some of the most exciting artists working across North Kensington.
